There are (3) main valleys in Chitral District in northern Pakistan on an average elevation of 1,500 m (4,921 ft). Bumburet , Rumbur and Birir , the largest and most populous valley is Bumburet, and can be reached by a road from Kunar Valley These valleys are surrounded by “the Hindu Kush Mountain range”. The people of Kalash Valley are the smallest religious as well as the ethnic minority of Pakistan. The Kalashi’s has a Polytheist faith based upon a culturally interlinked religion which termed several festivals and celebrations.
